These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mittens (the “Service”), operated by Atlos Media, a United States company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, using the Service, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.

2) What the Service does

mittens lets you create stickers of references photos.

• Free Tier: 3 stickers
• Paid Tier: $4.99/month, unlimited stickers

We may update features and limits over time.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.

4) Your account

You’re responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5) Your content and license to us

You retain all rights to content you upload, including statements, documents, and generated charts (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your User Content.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to upload User Content and for its accuracy.

6) Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content or content you don’t have rights to share.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Circumvent plan limits (e.g., creating multiple free accounts).
• Use the Service for automated high-volume ingestion beyond reasonable use (see §7).
